In order for your recyclables to be collected you must comply with the following:
- Each residence must have a properly identified "blue box" .
- Only the following items will be accepted as part of the curb side pickup:
* Newsprint including all flyers provided with the newspaper, phone books, calendars, books, magazines.
* Containers – Milk & juice cartons, aluminum cans, glass bottles & jars, plastic containers #1, #2, #4, #5, #7 (caps off), plastic soft drink & liquor bottles, tin cans & metals (washed).
* Boxes – Boxboard (cereal type), paper bags, egg cartons (paper), corrugated cardboard, cardboard boxes, plastic ice cream.
- All recyclables must be placed on the front street PRIOR TO 8 AM.
- Pick up of recyclables will not be done off the back lane.
