Employment Advantage is a Targeted Initiative for Older Workers (TIOW) Project that will be run in Russell.
It is a Federal/Provincial –Territorial initiative to support Canada's unemployed older workers.
This is a short term project that will end March 31, 2012.
It is geared towards individuals that are;
- 55 years and older
- Unemployed
- Looking for work
- Interested in updating skills

Individuals will be provided a training allowance and there is no cost for the training sessions.
7 week program with the following start and end dates;

May 2 – June 17
June 27 – August 12
August 22 – October 7
October 17 – December 2
December 12 – January 27
February 6 – March 24
