The Russell Regional Multiplex, like the Russell Memorial Arena, situated on Russell's Main Street, will continue to be the focal point of the community where people gather for recreation, to talk to their neighbors, to build a stronger community.
Careful planning has gone into designing a facility that meets the needs of user groups while staying within a realistic project budget. We are proud to acknowledge that our plan has been recognized by the Government of Canada and the Government of Manitoba through a $4 million contribution as part of the Building Canada fund. The job that lies ahead is raising the remaining Funds to see this project through to fruition.
